Flamenco guitarist
Cañizares, on tour in Japan. To coincide with
the Japanese release of his album ‘Noches de imán
y luna’, Cañizares offers a total of eight concerts
in Japan over the month of August 2008. Accompanied by Juan
Carlos Gómez on second guitar, Rafa Villalba on percussion
and with dance from Fernando Romero, he'll present his music
in the Nagoya Blue Note and the Tokyo Blue Note, where he already
performed last season. The Japanese concerts are squeezed into
the guitarist's tight schedule between the 2008 Festival del
Cante de La Unión and the première of the project
‘Origin’ at the 2008 Festival Bienal de Flamenco
de Sevilla.
