José Mercé opens Cumbre Flamenca Metro de Madrid 2007. The Jerez-born cantaor, accompanied by guitarist Moraíto, draws over 1200 spectators at Chamartín Station in Madrid. The flamenco series continues with bailaor El Güito (Tuesday the 18th), cantaora Carmen Linares (Wednesday the 19th), singer Antonio Carmona (Thursday the 20th) and cantaores Aurora Vargas and Pansequito (Friday the 21st). Admission to the concerts is free, previously having picked up invitations at Chamartín Station itself at 6 p.m.
