Estrella Morente releases a special edition of ‘Mujeres’, with a summary of the live show ‘Pastora 1922’ on DVD. The Granada-born cantaora, now that she has achieved a gold record for the sales of her third album, launches a special edition including a free DVD. The audiovisual by Estrella Morente, besides the music video ‘Zambra’ directed by Fernando Trueba, contains a summary of the concert and the documentary ‘Pastora 1922’ which was filmed at La Alhambra in Granada in summer 2004 as a tribute to the mythical cantaora La Niña de los Peines. Specifically, the tangos and soleá are included from that performance. The artist is continuing her tour with ‘Mujeres’, a repertoire she is scheduled to perform in cities such as New York, London and Seville in early 2007.
