2005 Aichi Flamenco Festival. Gerardo Núñez Trio and Carmen Cortés. The Jerez-born guitarist, accompanied by contrabass player Pablo Martín and percussionist Cepillo, performed the repertoire of his new album ‘Andando el tiempo’, before the crowd gathered at the Spanish Pavilion of Expo Aichi 2005 on May 15th. In the photo, the trio appears playing bulerías in a corner of the pavilion together with Carmen Cortés. The previous night, the bailaora took part in a flamenco gala at Tokyo International Forum, together with other artists such as Merche Esmeralda, El Güito, Rocío Molina, Carlos Rodríguez and Rafaela Carrasco.
