The Japanese company Mami and Hiro presents ‘Arte y solera’ in Jerez and Lebrija. The award-winning show from Japan will be at Jerez's Villamarta Theater on Sunday, November 6th, 2005 and at Lebrija's Juan Bernabé Theater on Saturday the 12th. Together with dancers Mayumi Kagita ‘Mami’ and Hiroki Sato ‘Hiro’ will be Jerez-born flamenco artists such as cantaores Antonio Malena, Mateo Soleá and Manuel de Malena; guitarists Santiago Moreno, Malena Jr. and Curro de Jerez; as well as clapper Luis de la Tota. It's not the first time the Japanese company has visited Spain. They were at the 2004 Jerez Festival with the show ‘Sonezaki’, and have also danced at several peñas in Jerez, the Madrilenian tablao Casa Patas and Madrid's Infanta Isabel Theater.
