Enrique Morente records a collaboration with Israel Galván at the Maestranza Bullring in Seville. The Granada-born cantaor spent an afternoon in front of cameras and microphones to make recordings of the cantes for the new show ‘Arena’ by the Sevillian bailaor. Seated in the shady lower stands, surrounded by fans, he let his echo fly around the impressive empty bullring. Toná, tientos, fandangos... The show premieres in October 2004 at the Maestranza Theater in Seville, in the setting of Seville's 13th Bienal de Flamenco.
