La Paquera de Jerez dies at the age of 70. The cantaora from Jerez passed away last April 26th, 2004 in a hospital of her native town, three weeks after suffering a thrombosis. The funeral chapel was installed in the Cabildo Antiguo that night. The official ceremony will take place on Wednesday April 28th, 2004.
