Pastora
Galván presents ‘La Francesa’ in the Madrid
series Andalucía Flamenca 2007. The Sevillian
bailaora will be at the Teatro Gran Vía on January 30th
and 31st with the show she made her solo début with at
Bienal
de Sevilla 2006. The performances are set within the series
Andalucía Flamenca 2007, with which the Andalusian Agency
for the Development of Flamenco (a public body dependent on the
Junta de Andalucía) aims to create a permanent program
in the Spanish capital. For the time being, it has already had
Antonio el Pipa on the bill with ‘De tablao’ and Mario
Maya with ‘Diálogo del Amargo’. Until it closes
on March 4th, concerts are scheduled by artists of the likes of
Antonio Canales, Manuela Carrasco, Isabel Bayón and Tomatito,
among others.
