2009 Flamenco pa Tos Festival celebrates its tenth anniversary with a gala starring women. Bailaora Eva Yerbabuena and cantaoras Carmen Linares and Marina Heredia are the stars of the flamenco night which the Gomaespuma Foundation has organized on June 25th to commemorate its first decade. At the historic stage of the Colegio de Médicos (Medical Association) in Madrid, two young ‘imported’ talents will also appear. On the one hand, Norwegian guitarist Bettina Flater will perform in concert and, on the other, New York-born bailaora Leilah Broukhim, of Sephardic origin, will offer a special collaboration presented by poet Félix Grande.
