Flamenco fashion
displays its new designs on the catwalk of Simof 2008 in Seville.
From January 31st to February 3rd, 2008, ruffled dresses will
take over the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos in Seville.
At the Simof 2008 flamenco fashion parade, new models will be
showcased by over thirty clothing and accessories designers
inspired by “the art and visual magic of the most Andalusian
woman”. Standing out among them is the veteran firm Lina,
Juana Martín, Pilar Vera, Luchi Cabrera (see image above),
Ángeles Verano and Vicky Martín Berrocal, who
opens the shows. Also to be held once more is the event for
new designers, which adds young names to the sector every year.
Artists from the flamenco world such as Marina
Heredia, María José Franco, Alba Molina and
Tatiana Garrido are usual models at this parade which gathered
nearly ninety exhibitors in the last edition.
