Flamenco Viene del Sur 2009/2010 offers a prologue in Jerez with the show ‘Lluvia’ by Eva Yerbabuena. With the program still to be determined for the new edition, the Andalusian circuit dedicated to the jondo kicks off on October 8th with the latest production by the Granada-born bailaora and choreographer. Moreover, the performance will be re-broadcast by Internet for the students of the university program Flamenco en Red 2009/2010, which twelve centers from all over Spain take part in. And the experience will soon be repeated with artists such as Antonio el Pipa (November 12th), since this University Course of Initiation into Flamenco is based on the live viewing of seven shows and the online reception of eight lectures. It has already emerged that Flamenco Viene del Sur 2009/2010 will offer 29 different shows and a total of 41 performances in every province capital in Andalusia, plus the city of Jerez.
