Gerardo Núñez trails his guitar
around Europe and America

The guitarist from Jerez will play dates in Cuba, Germany, Spain and the U.S.

Gerardo Núñez has set his sights on Europe and America. The guitarist from Jerez is planning a tour for 2003/2004 spanning both continents, with stopovers in countries like Cuba, Germany, Spain, France, Holland, Denmark, Austria, the U.S., and possible Israel. He'll take different line-ups to different destinations - his trio (Pablo Martín on contrabass and Cepillo on percussion), alongside vocalist Carmen Linares, with the new faces from his 'New School of Flamenco Guitar' project, with dancer Carmen Cortés, with jazz contrabass player Dave Holland, with Perico Sambeat in the show 'Cruce de Caminos'... The tour will include appearances at prestigious specialist events such as the Marbella World Flamenco Festival, or the Jazz and Flamenco Seminar in Seville.
