Manuela Carrasco, Antonio el Pipa, El Lebrijano and Tomatito are to perform in the
Nuevos Ministerios subway station September 12th to 16th

Flamenco is going to brighten up Madrid's subsoil. The ‘Cumbre Flamenca en el Metro de Madrid’ (‘Flamenco Summit in the Madrid Metro’) festival is going to bring together a top-notch selection of artists at the Nuevos Ministerios station. Performing at this peculiar stage from September 12th to 16th, 2005 will be bailaora Manuela Carrasco with the show ‘Un sorbito de lo sublime’ (‘A Sip of the Sublime’), cantaor El Lebrijano with the concert ‘Casablanca’, bailaor Antonio el Pipa, who will perform ‘De la tierra’ (‘Of the Land’), and guitarist Tomatito accompanied by his sextet, besides Spanish ballad and variety-song singer Falete. Admission to all the concerts in the series is free.
