Flamenco brings the finishing touch. After a month of musical activities and thirty concerts by international artists such as Goran Bregovic, the flamenco guitar and the cante will lead the closing concert of the 2011 Île de France Festival. Tomatito proposes for the occasion 'Guiding Light' (‘Luz de Guía’), a flamenco guitar concert premiered at the 2010 Seville’s Flamenco Bienal that pays tribute to Camarón, with whom he formed a perfect duo for years. Exceptionally, the Cádiz-born singer Rancapino will be the guest artist, who was a very close friend and colleague of the honored cantaor from San Fernando. Also joining the cast are El Cristy on guitar, Morenito de Íllora and Simón Román on vocals, Lucky Losada on percussion and José Maya on dancing. The concert will take place on Sunday October 9th, 2011 at Le Bataclan, an historical music hall in Paris.
