Despite the fact that the radio duo Gomaespuma
left Spain's airwaves a year ago, the flamenco festival goes on which it has organized
since 2000 to help the girls at the school founded in Calcutta (India). Outstanding
young talent in cante, dancing and toque will perform in this fourth edition at
the College of Doctors in Madrid from Monday, June 23rd to Wednesday, June 25th.
Diego Carrasco, José Menese and Carmen
Linares give the festival its voice. Javier Barón, Eva Yerbabuena and Farruquito
add the dancing. And Rafael Riqueni and Niño Josele provide the concert
guitar. Joining them is the chirigota from Cádiz Las Niñas and Son
de la Frontera. On this occasion access to the festival is no longer by invitation.
Tickets are on sale at Fnac Madrid.
