Raimundo Amador returns with 'Isla Menor'
after three years of silence
Antonio Carmona and Kiko
Veneno collaborate on the album of the
former member of Pata Negra

Raimundo
Amador says he's "more rocking and more flamenquillo than ever".
The Sevillian singer and guitarist, former member of the groups Veneno and Pata
Negra, releases 'Isla Menor', a record which follows 'Un okupa en tu corazón'
(2000) and 'Noche de flamenco y blues' (1998). The album, whose title pays homage
to the place where his Sevillian house is located, is produced by Fernando Illán
and enjoys the collaborations of Antonio Carmona and Kiko Veneno.

Raimundo Amador
Antonio Carmona, vocalist of Ketama,
sings with Raimundo Amador in a song entitled 'Marina', with lyrics by Santiago
Auserón "that tell the story of a love affair". Kiko Veneno collaborates
on a new version of the mythical song 'Los Managers', already included on 'Guitarras
Callejeras' by Pata Negra and 'Puro Veneno' by Kiko
Veneno himself. Rosendo puts the force of his guitar and his voice into the
tune 'No me gusta el fútbol', a song which shows the more rock side of
Raimundo Amador.
'Fúmala'
The letter of presentation of this
album, the seventh solo one by the brother of Rafael and Diego Amador, is the
single 'Fúmala'. This song relapses into the brotherly union between flamenco,
rock and blues, a fusion which makes up Raimundo Amador's musical trademark. The
single is one of the ten cuts on this record, whose lyrics are signed by Pulgar,
Kiko Veneno, Santiago Auserón and Los Delinquentes, among others.
