Full program. Flamenco at the Sabatini Gardens 2007

Summer in Madrid continues to honor its rendezvous with flamenco. The Sabatini Gardens Series consolidates itself in the setting of the municipal program Veranos de la Villa 2007. For the fourth straight year, the outdoor stage donning the Royal Palace as its backdrop will be filled with cante, toque and baile. From August 4th to 19th, 2007, performances are scheduled by cantaores such as Carmen Linares, José Mercé, José Menese, El Cabrero and Marina Heredia; bailaores like Fuensanta la Moneta, Javier Barón and Rafaela Carrasco; and groups of the likes of Pata Negra and La Familia Montoya. The general program also includes jondo hues, with shows such as that of the Ballet Nacional de España (Spanish National Ballet) at the Teatro Gran Vía, Diego el Cigala at Conde Duque and ‘Chanta la Mui’ at the Centro Cultural de la Villa.
