Flamenco-world.com, July 2009

Eva Yerbabuena is about to go on a new international tour. In late August she will return to the Opera House in Sydney, where two years after making her début with ‘Eva’, she will offer four performances of her flamenco dancing show ‘Yerbabuena’. Next, the Granada-born artist will go on a tour with stops at theaters such as the Gran Rex in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Bunkamura Center in Tokyo (Japan) and Festival Santiago a Mil in Santiago de Chile. And between her shows in Asia, America and Oceania, she will continue touring her own country. Spanish cities such as Alicante, Madrid, Jerez, Salamanca and Seville are on this busy agenda which combines three of the company’s productions: ‘Lluvia’, ‘Santo y Seña’ and ‘Yerbabuena’. Besides the live show, she will also be teaching. From September 7th to 13th in the Seville-area town of Dos Hermanas, she organizes the dance seminar ‘Elocuencias a través del lenguaje flamenco’ (‘Eloquences Through Flamenco Language’).
